Def-Ink Me Printing Service Policy
1. Scope of Services
Def‑Ink Me Printing provides the following services:
- Full-service apparel production (garments + printing)
- Print-only services on customer-provided garments
- Film-only (DTF transfer) production
- Custom design and artwork preparation (if applicable)
All services are subject to the policies outlined below.
2. Proprietary Production Methods
All printing processes, production methods, press settings, workflows, and technical procedures used by Def‑Ink Me Printing are proprietary.
- These methods are not shared, disclosed, or taught as part of any service.
- Film-only do not include production guidance, training, troubleshooting, or technical support.
3. Full-Service Orders (Garments + Printing) Highly Recommended
Full-service orders include:
- Garments supplied by Def‑Ink Me Printing
- Printing and production
- Quality control and replacement of any misprinted items
This option provides the lowest risk for both parties and ensures consistent results.
4. Customer-Provided Garments (BYO)
Def‑Ink Me Printing accepts customer-provided garments under the following strict conditions:
- Standard custom decoration rates apply.

Zero Liability Waiver: Customer-provided garments are decorated entirely at the client's own risk. Def‑Ink Me Printing is not financially responsible for replacing garments or reimbursing clients in the event of misprints, melting, scorching, or fabric defects.
- Clients are strongly encouraged to provide 1–2 extra pieces per size for setup and testing. For zero-risk production, our Full-Service Orders (Section 3) are highly recommended.
5. Film-Only (DTF Transfer) Orders
Film-only orders include printed films only. They do not include:
- Press settings
- Application instructions
- Troubleshooting
- Production guidance
- Workflow training
Only it will include a simple instruction (i.e. heat temperature and press time)
Film-Only Risk Disclaimer
- Film-only orders may contain print defects that are not visible until pressed.
- If a print fails during your pressing process, it may be unclear whether the issue was caused by:
- Press temperature
- Pressure
- Humidity
- Application technique
- Film handling
- Or an actual print defect
Because of this, film-only orders carry the following conditions:
- Def‑Ink Me Printing is not responsible for misprints, failed transfers, or application issues that occur during your pressing process.
- Misprints caused during your production can be costly for both parties, and no refunds or replacements are provided for film-only orders unless the film is proven defective before use.
6. Quote Adjustments & Scope Changes
Quotes are based on the service level requested at the time of inquiry. If the scope changes (e.g., from full-service to print-only to film-only), pricing will be adjusted accordingly.
Repeated scope changes may require a new quote or updated pricing.
7. Communication & Expectations
To maintain clarity and fairness:
- All service requests must be confirmed in writing.
- Technical questions regarding proprietary processes cannot be answered.
- Support is provided only for the service level purchased.
8. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order with Def‑Ink Me Printing, the client acknowledges and agrees to all policies listed above.
