Refund policy

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • With original tags attached

  • In the original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

All returns must be shipped to: 871 Old Towne Loop Drive, Seymour, TN 37865

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damages, Defects & Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at definkmeprinting@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Non‑Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our work, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom printed products

  • Personalized or special‑order items

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before submitting a request.


Exchanges

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial.

If approved:

  • A replacement will be issued within 10 business days

  • If more than 15 business days pass without receiving your replacement, contact us at definkmeprinting@gmail.com


Custom Product Policy (Important)

Because our products are custom‑made to each customer’s specifications, refunds are not offered.

However, exchanges can be arranged only if:

  • The shirt arrives damaged, or

  • The print contains an error made by Def‑Ink Me Printing

Customers must notify us within 14 days of confirmed delivery.


Exchange Process for Damaged or Incorrect Items

To process an exchange:

  1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery.

  2. You must return the exact number of damaged or incorrect shirts.

  3. Def‑Ink Me Printing will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

  4. Once the items are received, we will produce and ship replacements at no cost to you.
